Supporting female led entrepreneurs and enhancing the status of women is one of our core objectives. Sip & Shop is committed to levelling up the status of women within the business industry. Most of our participants are newly founded businesses that are created and led by women. Some of the women within our portfolio  have professional careers, but through their drive, passion and determination they are able to create opportunities for themselves to enhance their growth, better their position within society and financially provide a second income for their families. For some other women, their small businesses is essentially their only source of income. 

Through our events, we have created a close knit community for the women, although their business models may all vary they are able to bond over their common interest  of ‘business’ and through this they are able to share their experiences with each other and act as a support system for one another.
